At the heart of the Kingdom of Sylthmir stands the Raven’s Order, an academy of magic as old as prestigious. Within its walls, young sorcerers study relentlessly, compete with ruthless ambition, and shape their destinies through power. All yearn to attain the title of Warlock, but only the most resolute dare to take the final step: a blood pact with a demon.

Nero is one such aspirant. A final-year student. Brilliant. Reckless. And hated. For within him burns a forbidden fire: demon blood runs through his veins. Nero is a Devil, a cursed hybrid between two worlds that will never fully accept him.

But he dreams of redemption. He doesn’t want to be feared. He doesn’t want to be despised. He simply wants to prove he is more than his blood. He is willing to do anything to forge a pact. Anything, except the one thing he cannot bring himself to do: kill someone.

But the day of reckoning has arrived. Under the watch of a professor, Nero and seven other students will descend into the Raven’s Catacombs, a vast underground labyrinth that sprawls beneath the foundations of Axbryn, teeming with demons, horrors, and long-buried secrets. There, each of them must face their fate. And though Nero refuses to take the life of someone he loves, the truth is inescapable.

For each pact to be sealed, someone must die.

Join Nero and his… friends? on a perilous journey through the terrifying continent of Axbryn, as they search for a demon to forge a pact with in order to earn the coveted title of Warlock. Five new characters, including Nero himself, take centre stage in this story of betrayal and mystery.

In the Evil Cluster, the new mechanics, Defiant, Blood Trail, Aegis, Outnumber, Vileborn, and Enraging, aren’t tied to any specific Ruler. Instead, each one supports cards from three attributes simultaneously, dramatically expanding deckbuilding possibilities. Meanwhile, each Ruler features a unique and exclusive playstyle, reflecting their own magical discipline within the academy, and using a returning, fan-favorite ability: Divinity. And this Cluster introduces in Force of Will “Warden”, a brand-new card type that will revolutionize the gameplay.
